Coaching Terms and Conditions




1) All coaching sessions must be paid for prior to the session unless other arrangements

are made.


2) Credit cards are the only type of payment accepted (unless a separate

arrangement is made).


3) The appointment will be charged if there is less than a 48 hour cancellation

notice given.


4) There are no partial refunds given after you have paid for the session(s).


5) You must make up missed or rescheduled appointments within the month they

occur. You may, however, put them “in the bank” to use at a future date when you

would like an extra appointment or a double appointment. You must keep track of

them yourself if you use this option.


6) If weather conditions or other factors such as transportation issues occur, an

in person appointment will become a telephone appointment, whether over cell

phone or land line or by using Video conferencing platforms Zoom, Skype or



7) If a 12-week coaching package is purchased, a month notice is required before

terminating the coaching relationship in order to have the necessary time to complete

our work together, acknowledge your accomplishments, and to prepare for staying

on track without coaching.


By purchasing and using coaching services, I willingly accept and agree to all terms

and conditions of the coaching program.
